Reservation Policy:
A room will be considered reserved once the guest has provided a credit or debit card number to hold the room and has given verbal, written or email instructions as to the dates of stay and choice of room. All reservations will be held unless specifically cancelled by the party booking the room or rooms. Room charges will not be billed to the card provided until guest arrives, or in such case where reserved guest does not appear as scheduled and does not cancel reservation according to the cancelation policy outlined below.
Cancelation Policy
If a cancelation becomes necessary, we ask for the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. No shows (those who do not arrive as scheduled or do not provide at least 24 hours advance notice) will be charged full rate for their reserved stay, including tax. Those canceling between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a fee equal to half of the rate for their reserved stay, including tax. Those canceling between 72 hours and two weeks in advance of their reserved stay will be billed a single handling fee of $25. Cancelations more than two weeks in advance will have no fees assessed. In all cases involving cancelation, we will do our best to rent the reserved room to other guests and will only charge cancelation fees on the reserved time that we are unable to rent.
Pet Policy:
Well behaved pets are welcome in guest rooms 1 & 2. Guest Suite 3 is a pet-free unit. A pet fee of $10 per stay will be added to your room rate. Barking dogs are a nuisance to other guests and will not be tolerated. Pets will not be permitted to remain in guest room unattended. Any actual damages caused by unruly pets will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card provided to hold the room.
